稻草降解液对小白菜生长、品质及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:在水培条件下,研究了不同浓度的稻草降解液对小白菜生长、品质及抗氧化酶活性的影响。试验结果表明,稻草降解液处理可提高小白菜地上部及根部鲜质量、干质量,增加VC和可溶性糖含量,降低小白菜硝酸盐含量,增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,以T1(800倍液)处理效果最佳。

Abstract:We investigated the effects of different concentrations of rice straw degradation liquid on growth, quality and antioxidase activities of pakchoi cultivated in nutrient solution. The results showed that, rice straw degradation liquid increased the fresh weight and dry weight of shoots and roots of pakchoi, and improved the contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar and activities of SOD (superoxide dismutase), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) as well, but decreased the nitrate content. Comprehensively speaking, T1 treatment (800 times diluent) had the best effects for pakchoi in the test.
