| 摘 要： | 以广西现行夏秋用蚕品种两广二号为材料，4、5龄期经口定量添食萘啶酮酸，5龄饷食经口接种BmNPV，调查蚕的发病率、结茧率和茧层率。试验结果表明萘啶酮酸对家蚕血液型脓病有一定的预防效果，使发病率降低40％，并且对养蚕生产安全无毒。

| Abstract: | Larvae of Liangguang No.2, a normal variety of silkworm reared cosmically in autumn and summer in Guangxi region was used as samples. Therefore, Nalidixic acid was fed during the fourth and fifth-instar periods, ahd BmNPV were orally inoculated during the first feeding of the fifth instar period . The mortality, cocooning rate and cocoon shell rate were investigated. The results indicated that Nalidixic acid could prevent silkworms to be infected by BmNPV. Hence, the mortality was decreased 40 percentage. Moreover, it was innocuous to sericiculture. |
