摘    要:为验证KLD3-2Z两段式滚筒烘丝机分区控制对烟丝含水率控制水平的影响,采用统计分析工具和对比分析法对两区域水分控制独立性参数开展了研究。结果表明,对于筒温前高后低的两段式烘丝机提升前区水分控制独立性,脱水速率响应加快,出口水分精准控制水平提升。依据研究结果优化了两段式烘丝加工在加工过程中的设备工艺参数,提升了烘丝工序加工质量精准控制水平和产品质量,烘丝出口批内含水率控制稳定性提升。

Abstract:In order to verify the influence of partition control of the KLD3-2Z two-section cylinder dryer on the control of moisture content of to-bacco,statistical analysis tools and comparative analysis were used to study the independence of moisture control parameters in the two regions. The results showed that for the two-section cylinder dryer with higher temperature in the former area,to enhance the independence of moisture control in the former area,the faster the dehydration rate responded,the better the precise control of outlet moisture.Based on the research results, the process parameters of two-section cylinder dryer were optimized,the precision control quality and product quality of the drying process were improved,and the stability of the moisture content was improved.
