精准扶贫视角下贫困农户识别问题研究

立足于精准扶贫的大背景下,以多维贫困为基础,建立多维贫困识别体系,利用主成分分析法对绵阳市7个县市区的调查数据进行分析。论文结合农村贫困农户扶贫"精准扶贫""精准识别"实际,从绵阳市的地理位置和经济条件出发,探索当前扶贫的不足之处,并对绵阳农村贫困户普遍贫穷的因素进行了讨论,从多维度阐述了绵阳地区农村农户发生贫困的原因,并在此基础上,进一步对贫困户的精准识别问题提出了应从多维度识别贫困、完善动态机制以及因地制宜地建立贫困识别体系等有针对性的政策建议。

Research on the Identification of Poor Households from the Angle of Precise Poverty Alleviation

Based on the background of precision poverty alleviation,this paper establishes a multidimensional poverty identification system based on multidimensional poverty,and uses principal component analysis to analyze the survey data of seven counties and cities in Mianyang City.The paper combines the reality of poor poverty alleviation and accuracy in rural poverty-stricken rural households.Based on the geographical location and economic conditions of Mianyang City,the paper explores current weaknesses in poverty alleviation and discusses the factors of poverty in ru-ral Mianyang.The reasons for rural poverty among rural households in Mianyang were elaborated on multiple dimensions,and on this basis,the problem of accurate identification of poor households was further pointed out: It is necessary to identify poverty from multiple dimensions, im-prove dynamic mechanisms,and build poverty identification systems according to local conditions.
