| 摘 要： | 从导师的作用入手,分析了现行研究生培养制度下存在的问题,提出了导师应注重团队培养,提高自身素质,引导学生树立正确的思想品德和敬业意识、掌握专业知识和技能。同时,也要注意学生的心理健康发展,关心学生的生活,帮助学生规划职业生涯,进而培养出合格的创新型人才。

The Role of Tutor in Cultivating Innovative Talents of Graduate Students Correctly |

| Abstract: | This paper started with the role of the tutor and analyzed the problems existing in the current graduate students training system.The teacher should pay attention to the team training and improve the quality, guiding students to establish correct moral character and professional consciousness,and master professional knowledge and skills.Meanwhile,the tutor should pay more attention to the mental health development and life of students,and help students plan their careers so that to cultivate qualified creative talents. |
