菠萝半自动采摘机的结构设计

摘    要:由于菠萝树和果实的特殊结构,导致目前国内绝大多数的菠萝采摘都还采用效率低、对手的伤害程度较大的纯手工采摘方式。首先设计了菠萝半自动采摘机的整体结构,主要包括车身部分、收纳部分、控制部分、输送部分、采摘部分等。其次,采用三维数字化软件Solidworks对菠萝半自动采摘机进行三维建模。最后,对机械手的运动特性进行了分析。设计将有效地解决菠萝采摘难的问题,促进菠萝产业的发展。

Abstract:Due to the specificity in pineapples shape,manual picking method,which has low efficiency and a great harm in hand,is commonly adopted in China. In order to improve efficiency in picking,the semi-automatic picking machine of the pineapple is firstly proposed in this paper, including the main body part,receiving part,control part,transmission part and picking part. And then,the pineapple semi-automatic picking machine is modeled in the SolidWorks. Finally, corresponding simulation analysis is conducted on motion characteristics of the manipulator. These challenges in picking pineapples will be effectively solved by this picking machine and it is a motivator in the development of pineapple in-dustry.
