江苏出口条斑紫菜产业质量状况研究

介绍了江苏出口条斑紫菜的规模和质量状况,分析了我国出口条斑紫菜等藻类遭到国外通报退运的情况,分析了产生上述质量问题的原因。结合我国条斑紫菜产业发展现状,提出了完善条斑紫菜质量管理体系,加强对条斑紫菜产品中重金属等污染物的质量安全评价研究等具体措施和建议,以期为我国相关部门和行业协会在制定条斑紫菜养殖加工发展规划和贸易政策等方面提供数据参考和理论依据。

Study on the Quality Status of Porphyra yezoensis in Jiangsu Province

The size and quality status of Porphyra yezoensis in Jiangsu Province were introduced.Statistics and analysis were made on the situa-tion that algae such as Porphyra yezoensis exported from China were informed and returned abroad.The reasons for these quality problems were analyzed.Considering the current development of Porphyra yezoensis industry in China,some specific measures and recommendations were put forward,including:improving the quality management system of Porphyra yezoensis,strengthening the quality and safety evaluation of heavy met-als and other pollutants in Porphyra yezoensis,and so on.The paper would provide a data reference and a theory basis for management authorities and industry associations in drafting trade policies and development plans for Porphyra yezoensis breeding and processing.
