摘    要:[目的]探明无核葡萄胚挽救的最佳培养条件。[方法]以无核品种无核白鸡心和有核品种维多利亚为试材,研究葡萄胚珠发育及败育过程中果实主要营养成分含量的变化。[结果]有核品种果实内可溶性糖、K、Mg含量高于无核品种,而Mn、Fe含量则相反,无核品种的含量高于有核品种。[结论]该研究为提高无核葡萄胚挽救成功率提供理论依据。

Abstract:[Objective]To find out the best culture conditions for the rescue of seedless embryos.[Method]Taking centennial seedless and vic-toria seed grape as experimental material,the changes in nutrient contents of berry during grape embryo development and abortion were conduc-ted.[Result]The content of soluble sugar,potassium and magnesium in the berry of seed variety had been higher than that of seedless variety, while the content of manganese and iron was the opposite.The content of seedless variety was higher than that of nuclear variety.[Conclusion]The study provides theoretical basis for improving the success rate of seedless embryos.
