南汀河流域化学投入品施用强度及控制对策

摘    要:目的]分析南汀河流域化肥农药施用状况和化学投入品施用强度超标的主要原因。方法]采用文献研究法、问卷法、访谈法和抽样调查法等进行研究。结果]南汀河流域平均化肥施用强度达517 kg/hm~2,化学农药施用强度达10.64 kg/hm~2,说明南汀河流域化学投入品施用强度严重超标;究其原因,除存在产业结构不尽合理的客观因素,还存在人们由于认识不足,为追求高产盲目使用化肥和农药,以及相关职能部门的引导和扶持的干预作用较弱等的主观因素。结论]该研究为制定科学、有效的南汀河流域生态治理措施提供决策依据。

Application Strength of Chemical Inputs and Control Countermeasures in Nanting River Basin
Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to analyze the status of the use of chemical fertilizer and chemical pesticide in Nanting River Basin, and the major reason for the excessive application intensity of chemical inputs.Method] The methods of literature research,questionnaire,inter-view and sampling survey were adpoted.Result]The average applicatin strength of chemical fertilizer and chemeical pesticide in Nanting River Basin were up to 517 kg/hm2,10.64 kg/hm2,respectivcely,indicating chemical inputs were excessive.Analysis the reason,in addition to the un-reasonable objective factors in the industrial structure,there were subjective factors such as the lack of knowledge, the pursuit of high-yield to blindly use fertilizers and pesticides,and weak intervention of the guidance and support from relevant functional departments. Conclusion] The study provides decision-making basis for making scientific and effective ecological treatment measures in Nanting River Basin.
