不同扦插方法对2种欧丁香扦插生根的影响

目的]研究不同扦插方法对欧丁香扦插生根的影响。方法]以"瓷蓝"和"沙萱"欧丁香为材料,通过嫩枝扦插试验,研究不同扦插方法对欧丁香扦插生根的影响。结果]新型扦插法比常规扦插法腐烂率低,生根率高,生根效果好,"沙萱"生根率为85.62%,比CK组高49.55%,"瓷蓝"生根率为90.61%,较CK组提高32.63%。不同品种间也存在差异,"瓷蓝"的扦插成活率要高于"沙萱"。结论]该研究可为提高欧丁香的扦插繁殖率提供理论依据。

Influence of Different Cutting Methods on Rooting of Two Syringa vulgaris L.

Objective]To study the influence of different cutting methods on two Syringa vulgaris L.Method]By the cuttage test of S.vul-garis L., this paper studied the influence of different methods on S.vulgaris 'Wedgewood Blue' and 'Sensation'.Result]The new method was better than conventional cutting method,the rooting rate was high and the rooting effect was good.Rooting rate of S.vulgaris'Sensation' was 85.62%,it was 49.55% higher than control group.Rooting rate of S.vulgaris'Wedgewood Blue' was 90.61%,it was 32.63%higher than control group.There were also differences among different varieties, and the cutting rate of S.vulgaris 'Wedgewood Blue' was higher than S.vulgaris'Sensation'.Conclusion]This study can provide a theoretical basis for improving the cutting propagation rate of S.vulgaris L..
