摘    要:[目的]提高芽孢杆菌SDNY-037的生防效果,增加其单位活菌量。[方法]采用单因子试验对芽孢杆菌SDNY-037的最适发酵培养成分以及发酵条件进行优化。[结果]适合该菌株生长的碳源为蔗糖,氮源为蛋白胨。最佳发酵条件:发酵时间2 d,初始p H为5,接种量为体积分数的3%,250 m L锥形瓶装液量为120 m L。[结论]该研究结果为研制安全稳定的生防制剂提供了依据。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to improve bio-control effect of Ba cillus SDNY-037 and increase its unit viable bacteria.[Method]The sin-gle factor experiments were adopted to optimize the liquid fermentation medium and fermentation condition of Bacillus SDNY-037.[Result]The suitable carbon source for the growth of the strain was sucrose,and the suitable nitrogen source was peptone.The optimum fermentation conditions were as followed:2 days of fermentation time,initial pH was 5,the inoculation volume was 3%,and the liquid for the 250 mL conical bottled was 120mL.[Conclusion]The results provide reference for the preparation of safe and stable biological agents.
