野桑蚕减数分裂的染色体研究

摘    要:对中国和日本野桑蚕染色体进行了观察、研究 ,比较了中国野桑蚕卵母细胞和精母细胞减数分裂前期Ⅰ染色体的形态行为 ,发现这些差异与雌雄蚕染色体是否发生交叉是一致的 ;同时在两个地区的雌蚕粗线期均发现了末端分开呈不对称的“Y”字二价体或提前分离的二价染色体 ,对其形成机理进行了探讨

Abstract:Chromosomes of mulberry wild silkworm( Bombyx mandarina )from China and Japan were studied.Comparison of chromosomal morphological characters and behaviors of Bombyx mandarina in China during the meiotic metaphage Ⅰ between oocytes and spermatocytes was made.The findings proved that the difference between oocytes and spermatocytes is consistent with happening of chiasma in female and not in male."Y" bifurcated ZW bivalent or advanced segregated bivalents was observed at pachytene stage in occytes of the mulberry wild silkworm from two countries.The mechanism was discussed too.
