| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输卵管系膜巨大囊肿的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾分析3例输卵管系膜巨大囊肿的病史特点,诊治经过,并结合文献复习,进行总结。结果:3例病例均获正确的病理诊断,输卵管系膜巨大囊肿均成功切除,治疗效果良好。结论:充分认识和掌握输卵管系膜巨大囊肿的特点是临床诊断的关键,应注意与其他盆腹腔包块鉴别。手术切除肿瘤可获良好治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical feature, the diagnosis and the treatment of Gigantic cyst in mesosalpinx.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the history characteristics, diagnostic and therapeutic course of 3 cases of patients with Gigantic cyst in mesosalpinx, combining with literature review and summarization.Results: All the 3 cases got correct pathologic diagnosis,and their gigantic cysts were removed successfully, and the therapeutic efficacy is good.Conclusions: The recognition of the char... |
