| 摘 要： | 甘薯被世界卫生组织誉为"冠军蔬菜"。21世纪以来,为满足我国人民膳食新要求而成功研究的"迷你甘薯",深受广大消费者喜爱。文章论述了采用优选甘薯新品种、配套高效新技术、创新推广新模式、包装销售新品牌、建立盈利新机制等方式,使"小甘薯"创出"高效益",提升了现代甘薯产业技术水平,并提出了谋划"迷你甘薯"产业发展的新对策。
