| 摘 要： | 文章以丹江口库区为研究对象,基于条件价值评估法(contingent valuation method,CVM),深入库区进行问卷调查,了解农民对农业多种功能的认知程度和受偿意愿、计量支付意愿。结果表明,农民对防止水土流失、农业景观观赏和涵养水源这三个功能的认知程度较高,分别占68.7%、33.6%和28.8%;根据CVM初步估算,库区农业多功能性的平均支付意愿为32.95元/年;关于受偿意愿,54%的农民希望获得赔偿,20%的农民表示不需要,还有26%的农民表示无所谓;对影响农民支付意愿和受偿意愿的诸多因素进行相关分析显示,受教育程度和家庭年收入与支付意愿呈显著正相关,年龄与支付意愿呈极显著负相关,区域和性别与支付意愿的相关性不强,只有年龄选项对农业多种功能保全的受偿意愿达到显著相关水平。
