籼稻白叶枯病中间抗源抗性的转育效应

摘    要:本文研究了用中籼稻南京11号、78—3035和83—3040作受体,分别与DZ_(78)和DV_(86)衍生的11个中间抗源进行杂交的杂种后代的转育效应。结果表明:中间抗源抗性的转育效应依抗性供体和抗性受体不同而异;不同遗传背景对其抗性转育效应的作用存在着极显著的差异;不同抗源衍生物的中间抗源和同一衍生系统中不同抗源间,其抗性转育效应明显不同。配合力分析表明,84—259、84—260、84—261和84—264是预期良好的抗性供体。

Abstract:The perfomance of F_1's reaction to the virulent isolated, KS--6--6, ofXanthomonas oryzae in crosses between 11 derivated resistant lines (DRL) and 3 susceptible Parants has been assessed.Rsults indicated that the trans-ferability of the DRL's resistance depended signifi-cantly upon the geneticbackgrounds of resistance donors and recipient parants.DRLs from TNI/DY85 performed better than those from TN1/DZ78 as a whole.Additivegenetic variance were found to be predominant over other genetic componentsfrom.estimating the general and special combining abilities of resistances.
