梨果实成熟生理特性的研究

摘    要:对鸭梨、酥梨果实的呼吸强度、乙烯生成量、果胶酶活性、果实硬度等进行了测定,结果表明:鸭梨、酥梨果实均可在树上通过呼吸跃变而成熟,分期采收的果与树上留果在盛花后155d 即9月18日通过呼吸高峰,跃变时有超前的果胶酶活性峰、超前或平行的乙烯生成峰,但酥梨没有检测到乙烯。另外,晚采的果实比早采的果实较快地进入呼吸跃变。

Abstract:Some Physiological characteristics,the changes of respiration,ethylene emanation,pectin methyl estrase(PME)and flesh firmness of pear fruits of two pear cultivars,Su—Liand Ya—Li(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd)were studied in Jiangdu Orchard of Jiangsu Provincein 1988.The results showed that whether fruits were picked or remained on tree,both cli-macteric rise of respiration(CRR)of pear fruits would occur on Sept.18(155 days from fullblossom stage).It could also be seen that there were a peak of ethylene emanation and anearlier occurred peak of PME activity in pear fruits,but the existence of ethylene in Su—Lipear could not be determined.The CRR in late—picked fruits occurred earlier than that inearly—picked fruits.
