摘    要:选择100头健康泌乳初期奶牛,按照产量、泌乳天数、胎次基本一致原则随机分成对照组和试验组,每组各50头,进行植物提取物"NE300"对产奶量和乳成份的影响研究。结果表明:植物提取物"NE300"作为一种瘤胃调节剂,有促进奶产量、乳脂肪含量、乳蛋白含量增加的趋势,同时有降低乳体细胞数量、乳尿素氮含量的趋势。

Abstract:One hundred lactating dairy cows (DIM 〈90 days) were used in a completely block design to evaluate the effects of encapsulated combination of cinnamaldehyde and garlic oil (NE 300).The cows fed NE 300 increased (P〈0.05) milk production compared with control.There was no overall effect (P〉0.05) of feeding NE 300 in milk fat and protein contents compared with the control group.However,cows fed with NE 300 showed an important reduction (P〈0.05) in milk urea nitrogen and SCC.This study shows that an encapsulated combination of cinnamaldehyde and garlic oils (NE 300) has potential influence on milk production and milk composition,in the early-lactating dairy cows.
