陕西引种元胡最佳采收期的实验研究

摘    要:为了研究不同采收期的陕西引种元胡块茎中主要有效成分延胡索乙素的含量动态变化,从质量和产量同时兼顾的角度出发,确定其最佳的采收期。采用相同种植条件下的不同采收期的元胡块茎作为样品,称量其地下药用部分鲜重并记录,再经过加工炮制,按照国家药典的要求,提取主要有效成分延胡索乙素,并采用HPLC法测定其含量,从而进行分析比较。结果表明元胡8份样品中,产量以4月25日采收的最高,为1.012 7 kg/m2,主要有效成分延胡索乙素以4月30日采收的最高,为0.115 3%。
