小麦籽粒内含物及组织学结构与抗吸浆虫关系的研究

摘    要: 通过测定灌浆早期籽粒内含物中氨基酸及单宁的含量,明确了酪氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、半胱氨酸、赖氨酸等8种氨基酸的含量及17种氨基酸总量与抗吸浆虫有显著的正相关,相关系数为0.36031*-0.47444**。逐步回归分析表明以酪氨酸等5种氨基酸及总含量作为反映品种抗吸浆虫的生理指标是切实可行的;高抗和中抗品种的单宁含量是高感和感虫品种的2.4-5.9倍,极显著地高于高感和感虫品种。组织切片结果表明早期籽粒组织学结构与抗吸浆虫没有明显的关系,这与前人的推测不一致。因此认为抑制初孵幼虫浸入后小麦损失率的主要原因是抗生性和耐害性。

Abstract:Biochemical and histological analyses on the resistance of 85 wheat varieties and lines to wheat midge Sitodiplosis mosellana Gehin were (?)onducted. The results showed that there was significant correlation between the contents of amino acids and the resistance levels of wheat. (r: 0.36031-0.47444) It was indicated by the stepwise regression analyses that it is feasible to use the contents of amino acids, mainly Tyr., Lie., Thr., Met., Lys., as the physiological indices of wheat midge resistance. The contents of tannin in immature kernels of resistant varieties were significantly higher than (2.4-5.9 times as many as) those of highly susceptible varieties. The results of slice examination showed that there were no significant histological differences between the immature kernel structure of resistant and susceptiple varieties.After the larvae invaded into the glume, the main factors reducing the yield loss rate of wheat belong to antibiotic or tolerant resistance.
