高温胁迫下温州蜜柑内源乙烯和脱落酸的释放及其与落花落果的关系

摘    要: 高温胁迫对温州蜜柑的热伤害首先表现在细胞膜透性增大,随后出现内源乙烯和脱落酸(ABA)的释放高峰,启动了纤维素酶的活力,从而加速了柑桔花和幼果的脱落速率。本研究结果还表明,异常高温对柑桔花和幼果的危害主要是代谢性的,当高温胁迫使花和幼果细胞电解质泄漏率大于对照1倍时将导致严重落花落果而减产。

Abstract:Heat injury on Satsuma caused by high temperature stress firstly increased the membrane permeability, then the evolution peak of endogenous ethylene and ABA was found, which stimulated the initiation and increase of cellulase activity, and accelerated the abscission rate of citrus flowers and young fruits. The results also suggested that the injury caused by abnormal high temperature on citrus flowers and young fruits was metabolizable. When electrolyte leakage of cells in flowers and young fruits under high temperature stress was twice as much as that of control, the severe abscission of flowers and fruits would occur.
