| 摘 要： | 采用定量分析方法，对牧区健康成年羊肠道正常菌群进行了测定。结果表明：拟杆菌数量最高，其次是双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和肠杆菌，各肠段平均对数值分别为8．17±0．39；7．84±0．42；7．48±0．37和7．20±O．34，为绵羊肠道优势菌群；葡萄球菌的数量最低，对数平均值为1．04±0．32。

| Abstract: | The normal microflora in intestiual canal of health adult sheep in pastoral area was determined by meaus of quantitative analysis , The results showed that the preponderant microflora were Bacteroidaceal. Bifidobacteria. Lactobacillus and Enterobacteriaceal in order and the average logarithm value of them in different intestinal canal were 8.17 ±0.39,7.84± 0.42,7.48 ± 0.37 and 7.20 ± 0.34, respectively, while Staphylococcus was the lowest microflota and the averagl logarithm value was 1.04 ±0. 32. |
