沙棘经济效益评价

利用净现值、收益成本比、净效益投资比、内部收益率、投资回收期等动态指标对西宁市南山种植的沙棘进行了经济效益评价。结果表明,投资5a后沙棘可盈利,其净现值(NPV)>0,收益成本比(B/C)>1,净效益投资比(N/K)>0,内部收益率(IRR)为33.6%,远远大于基准收益率,投资回收期为4.65a。分析表明,该树种具有良好的经济效益,适宜在本区域发展,可作为生态经济林建设的主要树种之一。

Evaluation on Economic Benefit of Hippophae rhamnoides

The main indexes such as the net present value （ NPV）, the benefit-cost ratio （ B/C）, the net benefit-investment ratio（N/K）, the internal rate of return（IRR）, the investment recovery period were used to evaluate the economic benefit of Hippophae rhamnoides in Nanshan of Xining, the result showed that Hippophae rhamnoides would produce profit after five years investment, the net present value （NPV） was greater than ze- ro, the benefit-cost ratio（B/C） was beyond 1, the net benefit-investment ratio （N/K） was greater than zero, the internal rate of return（IRR） was 33.6%, which was far greater than the standard rate of return, the invest- ment recovery period was 4. 65a. The analysis indicated that Hippophae rhamnoides had good economic bene- fit, which was suitable for development in this region and was regarded as one of main tree species of econom- ics forestry construction.
