地沟油水解工艺的研究

摘    要:地沟油是一种废弃油脂,含有多种毒素和致癌物质,同时对环境也有很大危害。地沟油水解转化成脂肪酸是其回收利用的重要途径。在该试验条件下,以酸为催化剂,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,研究了用水量、催化剂浓硫酸、乳化剂、温度及时间对地沟油水解反应的影响。结果表明,水解反应的最佳条件为:乳化剂用量为2%(W/W),催化剂量为2%(W/W),水量为50%(W/W),水解时间为5h,反应温度为75℃。

Abstract:Groundnut oil is a kind of waste oil,containing a variety of toxins and carcinogens and is harmful to the environment. Conversion of the groundnut oil into fatty acid through the hydrolysis process is an important way.
