摘    要:用改良的CTAB法提取15份果桑无性系的基因组DNA,通过RAPD分子标记技术,构建不同果桑无性系的指纹图谱。结果表明:每条引物扩增出8~15条清晰地条带,其中多态性条带数为4~15条,多态性比例为50.0%~100.0%。20条随机引物共得到232条清晰的条带,多态性条带为178条,平均多态性比例为76.7%;利用随机引物OPA-09和OPD-05的扩增产物电泳图为基础构建的指纹图谱可以鉴定出15个果桑无性系。

Abstract:Modified CTAB method was adopted to extract total DNA of 15 fruit mulberry(Morus spp.) clones.The RAPD fingerprints of 15 fruit mulberry clones were constructed.The results showed that 8-15 bands were clearly amplified from each primers,of which,4-15 bands were of polymorphism and the percentages of primers with polymorphism were from 50.0% to 100.0%.Totally 232 bands were produced using 20 random primers,in which 178 bands showed polymorphism.Fifteen fruit mulberry clones can be identified by using the fin...
