摘    要:研究了在适宜水分、中度干旱和重度干旱3种土壤水分条件下,黄土高原干旱、半干旱地区3种分布广泛的优势种白花草木樨 (Melilotus albus)、沙柳(Salix cheilophila)和花棒(Hedysarum scoparium)对土壤干旱胁迫的生理响应,并对其抗旱性进行综合性评价。结果表明:随着土壤水分胁迫加剧,3种植物相对含水量和离体叶片保水力均下降;SOD、CAT、POD活性及MDA、超氧阴离子、可溶性蛋白含量均升高。3种植物的抗旱性顺序为花棒>沙柳>白花草木樨。
