青海云杉针叶和枝条的挥发性化合物的固相微萃GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,结合气相色谱/质谱(GC MS)提取方法,分析了青海云杉针叶和枝条中的挥发性化合物,共鉴定了65种化学成分。其中针叶中分离鉴定出42种挥发性成分,占峰面积99.78%,主要成分为α 蒎烯、莰烯、左旋乙酸冰片酯;枝条中分离鉴定出50种挥发性成分,占峰面积的99.93%,主要成分为α 蒎烯、a 水芹烯、莰烯、1 甲基 5 (1 1 甲基乙烯基) 环己烯、石竹烯。青海云杉针叶和枝条的挥发物质中,萜烯类物质含量最多。

Abstract:The volatile components in the needle and branch of Picea crassifolia. were extracted by solid phase micro extraction (SPME) and were analyzed by GC MS. About 65 different compounds were identified. Forty two were found in the needle, accounting for 99.78 % the total area, including α pinene, camphene, acetate of (1S endo) 1,7,7 trimethyl cyclo[2.2.1]heptan 2 ol. Fifty were found in the branch, accounting for 99.93 % of the total area, including à Pinene, α phellandrene, camphene, (R) 1 methyl 5 (1 methylethenyl) cyclohexene, caryophyllene. The content terpenes were the main components in the volatiles.
