摘    要:通过分析纯度鉴定和一致性鉴定的关系,探讨与纯度鉴定标准制定相关的8个问题,包括是否覆盖所有品种类型、是否鉴定所有杂株类型、是否提供杂交种的制种亲本、是否用田间小区种植鉴定结果进行校正、是否指定检测平台、是否在纯度鉴定前先鉴定真实性、是否所有样品都能鉴定、是否适用于转基因品种纯度鉴定,确定一套切实可行的纯度分子鉴定技术规范和标准。以玉米杂交种纯度分子鉴定为例,确立鉴定引物选择和鉴定程序,并分析弱苗、病苗、非典型株和种子发芽率对田间小区种植和室内分子鉴定结果吻合性的影响。

Abstract:To determine a set of feasible technical standard of the purity molecular identification, the relationship between the purity and uniformity identification was analyzed, and discussed eight problems associated with purity identification standards including whether to cover all variety types, if identifying all miscellaneous plant types, whether asking for parent inbred lines, whether correction with field plot planting appraisal result, whether specified test platform, whether authenticity identification before purity identification, whether all the samples could be identified, whether applying to purity identification of genetically modified varieties. The appraisal primer selection and evaluation procedure of maize hybrid purity molecular identification is established. Four factors impacting the field plot planting appraisal results and molecular identification were analyzed, including weak seedlings, disease seedlings, atypical plants, seed germination rates.
