毛竹叶和鞭生化物质对马尾松种子的发芽效应

摘    要:通过马尾松种子发芽试验检测毛竹叶和鞭生化物质对马尾松的化感作用。结果表明,毛竹叶和鞭生化物质对马尾松种子发芽率、胚根长、胚轴长、鲜物质量和干物质量具有不同程度的促进作用;就生化物质间的发芽效应差异而言,毛竹叶和鞭弱极性生化物质对马尾松种子发芽的促进作用强于极性生化物质。

Abstract:Pinus massoniana seed germination was used to bioassay allelopathic of allelochemicals from Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens leaf and root.The result showed that the allelochemicals of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens leaf and root had positive effect on germination rate,plumular axis length,plumular root length,fresh weight and dry weight of Pinus massoniana seed germination;As far as the allelochemicals were concerned,litter-polar allelochemicals from Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens leaf and root had more positive allelopathic effect than that of polar allelochemicals from Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens leaf and root.
