温度和光照对鲍鱼菇子实体生长发育的影响

摘    要:研究了温度、昼夜温差、散射光对鲍鱼菇原基分化的影响,以及温度对鲍鱼菇子实体形态、产量和生物学效率的影响。结果表明鲍鱼菇原基分化的适宜温度为25~30℃,适宜的昼夜温差为5~10℃;18~33℃条件下子实体都可正常生长,但22~28℃条件下子实体形态、颜色好,产量及生物学效率高。

Abstract:The effect of temperature, temperature difference between day and night, scattered light on anlage forming of Pleurotus cystidiosus and the influence of temperature on the fruitbody characters, yield and biological efficiency were carried out. The results indicated that the optimum range of temperature and temperature difference for Pleurotus cystidiosus anlage formation were 25-30 ℃ and 5-10 ℃ respectively.
