摘    要:通过盆栽土培的方式研究了不同浓度Cd处理时耐性不同的两个基因型油菜和小白菜叶的POD、PPO及SOD的活性变化。结果表明: 油菜和小白菜SOD和POD活性在一定范围内均随胁迫强度的增加而升高; PPO活性随Cd处理浓度的增大呈明显的上升趋势。三种酶呈现不同程度的积极性保护作用, 且变化与其耐性一致。这说明POD、PPO、SOD活性的提高与维持是植物耐Cd胁迫的物质基础之一。

Abstract:The activity change of POD, PPO and SOD of two genotypesoilseed rape and pakchoiwith different tolerance to Cd toxicity was studied under different Cd concentrations with pot cultivation experiment. The results indicated that the activity of SOD and POD rose with the intension of stress increasing in some range. The activity of PPO submitted obviously rasing trend with external Cd levels. Three enzymes showed various extent positive protect function, whose activity change wasaccordance to the tolerancetoCd. This indicated the keeping and raising of the activity of POD,PPO and SOD was one of the foundation of the tolerance to Cd stress.
