摘 要: | 在棉花加工过程中烘干温度主要是以人工控制为主,其自动化程度低、烘干不均匀,本文以PLC为控制核心,以过程控制中最为常用的PID控制为控制策略,设计完成了一个籽棉烘干自动化控制系统。主要工作包括对整个控制系统构建,温度采集模块选型,籽棉回潮率采集电路设计,晶闸管交流调功器的选型和远红外籽棉烘干装置的选择。

Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that drying temperature was adjusted by human, automatic control level was low and dry une- ven in the process of seed cotton' s drying. This article designed an automatic control system, using PLC as controller and PID control as control method. This design mainly includes selection of temperature collection module, design of seed cotton' s moisture collection module, selection of thyristor AC power regulator and selection of Far - infrared seed cotton drying device. |
