食品中农药残留分析技术进展

摘    要:综合叙述了近几年来国内外食品中农药残留的样品前处理技术和分析方法.其中固相萃取、固相微萃取、超临界流体萃取、基质固相分散萃取、微波萃取、凝胶渗透色谱技术在农残分析的样品前处理中得到了迅速发展和广泛应用.气相色谱、超临界流体色谱、液相色谱--质谱联用技术、免疫分析等已广泛应用于食品的残留检测中.

Abstract:Pre-treatment and analysis of pesticide residues in food and its recent development are reviewed.Solid-phase extraction,Solid-Phase micro-extraction,Supercritical fluid extraction,matrix solid-phase dispersion are applied widely in pre-treatment of sample.Gas chromatography,supercritical fluid chromatography,liquid chromatography-mass spectrum,and immunoanalysis were applied widely now in the determination of pesticide residues of food.
