摘    要:以甜柿次郎为试材,100 ̄200 mg/L的6-BA于花后10天喷果,结果表明:均提高了果实还原糖、可溶性糖、TSS含量及固酸比;促进果实淀粉降解;对可滴定酸含量影响不大。

Abstract:The 6-BA of 10~25 mg/L,a kind of new plant regulators,was sprayed on the fruits of Diospyros kaki Linn "Jiro" 10 days after full bloom.The results showed that 6-BA could help increase the weight of individual fruit and the fruits'reducing sugar,soluble sugar,the total sugar,TSS content and TSS-acid ratio and promote degradation in the starch with little influence on the effect of the Vc content and soluble tannin content.
