| Abstract: | "Rural Workforce Tide",i.e.farmers' frenzied hunt for work in cities has become a cross-century tide.There are so many factors that contribute to "Rural Workforce Tide"in China,the most tempting factors among these are the shortage of land resources,government policy inclining to cities and the driving of economic interests.They are analyzed in this article. |
