摘    要:采用丙酮萃取法从新鲜水化大豆油脚中提取粉末大豆磷脂。提取时第一次油脚:丙酮=3∶1,第2—6次原料:丙酮=1∶1。第1—3次离心后的提取液用于油和丙酮的回收,第4—6次离心后的提取液贮存,用来代替下一次生产1—3次的纯丙酮.从油脚提取的磷脂颜色(淡黄色)好于从浓缩磷脂中提取的(淡棕色),前者酸值,过氧化值较后者低.

Abstract:Powdered soybean phospholipid was extracted from fresh hydrated oil footings with acetone extraction method. The rate of oil footings and acetone was 3:1 in the first extraction, while that was 1:1 in the 2nd-6th extraction. Oil and acetone were recovered from extraction liquid of the 1st-3rd extraction after centrifugal, while the extraction liquid of the 4th-6th extraction after centrifugal would substitute for the pure acetone in the 1st-3rd extraction next production. The volume of the acetone was almost equal to that of oil footings. The colour of the phospholipid(light yellow) from oil footings was better than that from soybean concentrated phospholipid (light brown), the acid number and peroxide value of the former was lower than that of the latter.
