知母提取物抗真菌作用实验研究

目的观察知母提取物乳膏对豚鼠皮肤浅部真菌病的治疗作用及皮肤用药安全性。方法制备豚鼠皮肤须癣毛癣菌感染模型,观察知母提取物乳膏治疗效果;急性皮肤毒性实验和皮肤致敏实验,了解知母提取物乳膏的安全性。结果与乳膏基质比较,知母提取物乳膏对豚鼠须癣毛癣菌感染具有较好的治疗作用（P〈0.05）。毒理学实验表明,知母提取物乳膏对皮肤无明显的致敏作用及毒性。结论本研究初步证实了知母提取物对皮肤浅部真菌感染有较好的治疗作用,为临床应用纯中药制剂治疗皮肤浅部真菌病提供了科学依据。

Studies on the Antifungal Effects of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge Extraction

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.extraction cream in the treatment of superficial cutaneous mycosis of guinea pig.Method Observing the therapeutic effects of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.extraction cream by building the guinea pig model of skin infection with the trichophyton mentagrophytes;To evaluate the safety of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.extraction cream by the method of skin acute toxicity and skin allergy experiments of guinea pig.Results The antifungal effects of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.extraction cream was obviously better than the group of ground substance（P〈0.05）.According to acute toxicity appraising that Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge extraction had no obviously toxicity .Conclusion The preliminary confirmation is that the Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.extraction cream has the antifungal effects and this experiment provided scientific basis for treating cutaneous fungus with traditional Chinese Medicine in clinic.
