摘    要:利用组织培养获得了载有BAR和TPS的转基因高羊茅草植株,在干旱胁迫条件下测定了不同转基因浓度(G-48T、G-50T、G-52T、G-56T、G-58T)的高羊茅草室内抗旱指标、光合速率和蒸腾速率。由自然饱和亏看转基因材料的相对含水量比较稳定,从临界饱和亏看各浓度的转基因材料临界含水量有明显的不同,以G-50T和G-52T为最高。受轻度胁迫时,除G-48T外其他转基因植株的蒸腾作用大于对照;受重度胁迫时各植株蒸腾作用明显小于对照。在受到轻度或重度胁迫时,各转基因植株的光合速率明显小于对照。转基因高羊茅草植株的抗旱能力明显增强。随着胁迫的加剧各转基因植株蒸腾速率呈下降的趋势,光合速率呈增大的趋势。

Abstract:The research was constructed to study the drought resistance of the transgenic Festuca arundinacea with TPS gene.The transgenic Festuca arundinacea plants with BAR and TPS genes were obtained by means of tissue culture.The indoor drought resistance index,photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Festuca arundinacea with different transgenic concentrations of G-48T,G-50T,G-52T,G-56T and G-58T were determined under drought stress.According to the value of natural saturation deficiency,the relative water content of transgenic plants was relatively stable.According to the value of critical saturation deficiency,the critical water content of transgenic plants with different concentrations was obviously different,in which that of G-50T and G-52T was highest.Under light water stress,the transpiration rate of all transgenic plants except G-48T was higher than control plant.Under severe water stress,the transpiration rate of all transgenic plants was significantly less than control plant.Under mild or severe stress,the photosynthetic rate of all transgenic plants was significantly less than control plant.Compared with control plant,the drought resistances of transgenic plants were strengthened.With the enhancement of the water stress,the transpiration rate was reduced and the photosynthetic rate was increased.
