天然成熟蜜与非成熟蜜质价比研究

摘    要:选择22个群势相当、蜂群结构相似的继箱群,按群势大小随机分成两组,一组生产天然成熟蜜,一组生产非成熟蜜,记录试验蜂群的群势、产蜜量、产浆量。结果表明:天然成熟蜜试验组(A组)的取蜜量平均为11552g,非成熟蜜试验组(B组)的平均取蜜量为28961g,B组的取蜜量是A组的2.51倍,t检验表明,P〈0.01,差异极显著;测定两组蜂蜜的含糖量,天然成熟蜜在80%(41度)以上,而非成熟蜜在36度左右,计算取糖量为:A组9309g,B组15649g;B组的取糖量是A组的1.68倍,P〈0.01,差异极显著;产浆量为:A组707g,B组691g,P〉0.05,差异不显著;群势下降率的平均值为:A组21%,B组23%,P〉0.05,差异不显著。结论,从蜂蜜的产量方面考虑,天然成熟蜜的价格应该是非天然成熟蜜的2.5倍。

Abstract:The quality of honey is becoming an obstacle to the harmonious develop ment of Chinese apiculture. The unreasonable rate of honey quality to price is t he most important issue. In order to explore the reasonable rate of honey qualit y to price, we car4ry out this project based on the yield of natural ripe honey and non-ripe honey produced at the same condition. During the flowering season of rape in 2005, twenty-two strong colonies were checked with similar populatio ns and structures and divided into two groups A and B, randomly. A group with 11 colonies produced natural ripe honey and B group with 11 colonies produce non- ripe honey. The yields of honey and royal jelly and colony population were deter mined in A and B group colonies at the same conditions. The results showed that the average yield of honey, royal jelly in A and B group were 11552g, 707g and 2 8961g, 691g respectively. The honey yield in B group was 2.51 times of the yield from A group. The difference of honey yield was significant between A group and B group (P<0.01), while the difference of royal jelly yield was not significant . The concentrations of honey were also determined in A and B group. The average concentration in A group was above 41 baume degree and B group was about 36 deg ree. The average weight of calculated sugar in A and B group was 9309g and 15649 g, respectively. The difference was significant between A and B group (P<0.01). The loss rate of colony population was 21% and 23% in A and B group during exper imental period and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). All of above, th e price of natural ripe honey should be 2.5 times of the price of non-ripe hone y based on the yield.
