| 摘 要： | 在分析地方农业高校科研管理存在问题的基础上，从科研对教学的促进作用、构建知识人才机制、提高科研管理人员专业素质、构建适应现代化农业发展需要的创新管理体系、搭建科研成果转化平台以及加强知识产权保护等方面进行了分析，并提出了几点针对性的建议。
