哈尔滨开发区南岗集中区被定位于建成全省高新技术产业基地和高级第三产业中心,在南岗集中区长江路和鸿翔路交叉口处建设开发区生态景观广场,在设计上以人为本,以生态景观为特色,突出文化内涵.广场在规划布局上突出体现人性化和对人关怀的6大特色景点.根据其区位和周边环境,在设计中运用现代文化和金源文化,突出文化内涵;充分利用其所处的自然环境进行设计,体现现代建筑潮流;同时,既尊重现有的开发区建设格局和风貌特色,又为繁荣美食及旅游增添新的亮点,为发展第三产业提供景观效果.

Disscuss of Human-orientation Design of Harbin Development Zone

Nangang Centralized Park of Harbin Development Zone is supposed to be built as the base of provincial High New Technological and advanced Third Property. An ecological spot square is constructed on the crossed road of Changjiang and Hongxiang. This square is based on human-orientation, has features with ecological sightseeing and focuses on culture connotation. The planning of the square emphasizes spot of fountain, spot of mountain, spot of trees, sport of culture, lights and ice, totally six features. The designing demonstrates modem culture and Jin-Nationality cul- ture, focuses on the intention of culture. Also the designing was based on location and existing natural surrounding, keep up with popular architectural style. Meanwhile, it doesr/t destroy the architectural pattern and spot feature, but offers highlight for foodstuff and tourism industry and decoration spot for the Third Property.
