| 摘 要： | 文章通过对江苏、四川、河北、吉林、陕西五省2017个农户的调查表明,不同特征村庄村民对道路、学校、灌溉、饮用水、诊所等公共项目投资方向的偏好存在差异,进而得出结论:道路是我国村民投资最偏好的农村公共项目,地区经济水平的发展提升了村民对道路的投资偏好;欠发达地区村民对基本"生活型"项目需求强烈,且政府投资对村民意向偏好具有明显的政策效应。

| Abstract: | Through investigation of 2017 families in Jiangsu Province, Sichuan Province, Hebei Province, Jilin Province and Shanxi Province, it was found that there were difference in funding orientation of public programs in villages of different characteristics, i.e., road, school, irrigation, drinking water, clinic, etc. It was concluded that road construction was preferred by farmers, and this preference was boost by the development of local economy. Farmers in under development area were preferred to fundamental life-related programs. Government funding could influence farmers＇ choice significantly. |
