摘    要:目的]探讨2,4-D对盐藻生长的调控作用。方法]研究不同浓度的2,4-D对盐藻生长的影响。结果]1.0~6.0mg/L的2,4-D均能促进盐藻的生长与物质积累,其中4.0mg/L为最佳促进浓度,可使盐藻的细胞密度、蛋白质及β-胡萝卜素积累均达到最大值。结论]2,4-D可用于盐藻培养中对盐藻生长的调控。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study regulatory effect of 2,4-D on growth of Dunaliella salina.Method]Effect of different concentrations 2,4-D on growth of Dunaliella salina was studied.Result]The growth and material accumulation of Dunaliella salina could be promoted in 2,4-D concentration of 1.0-6.0 mg/L.When the 2,4-D was in a concentration of 4.0 mg/L in culture medium,the effects were most advantageous to grow,which made cellular density,protein and β-carotene accumulation of Dunaliella salina reach high limit.Conclusion]2,4-D could be used for regulate growth of Dunaliella salina during culture.
