摘    要:采用不同浓度的GA3和6-BA对薰衣草种子进行处理,以及不同浓度的IBA,NAA和ABT2对薰衣草插条进行处理。结果表明,以50mg/L的6-BA和200mg/L的GA3处理对种子萌发效果最佳;200mg/L IBA,500mg/L NAA及800mg/L ABT2处理的扦插生根率最高,均达90%以上。清水对照处理的生根率为36%。

Abstract:The Lavandula vera L.seeds are treated respectively by the different concentration GA3 and 6-BA.The cutting woods of Lavandula vera L.are treated respectively by the different concentration IBA, NAA and ABT2.The seed germination experiment result showed that 50 mg/L 6-BA and 200 mg/L are the best processed result.The cuttage experiment results indicated that the highest rootage rate of cuttage is the cutting wood which is treated by the 200 mg/L IBA,the NAA 500 mg/L and the 800 mg/L ABT2,which all reached above 90%.The rootage rate processed by clear water is 36%.
