| 摘 要： | 以啤酒糟为主要原料，经过初筛、复筛和多菌株优化组合发酵，筛选到７株发酵啤酒糟的优良菌株。最优组合发酵产物的粗蛋白含量高达４０．９％，比对照提高４２．５％，粗纤维降解率为３０．２％。

| Abstract: | Seven strains producing fcedinguprotcins from spcnt cake were obtained by using selecllol1 of sin glc strain fermentation and various strains combination. Thc content of raw protcin of fermcntation produclrcached 40. 9%,it was 42. 5% higher lhan control and 3o. 2% of the content of raw ccllulosc was rcduccdThe rcsults showed the strains obtaincd werc good ones to produce feeding-protcins from spent cake. |
