| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the pressures on the library circulation department caused by the enlargement of students' enrollment in universities, and put forward suggestions that to increase the work efficiency of circulation department in university libraries should require the concern and support from the authorities at both the university and library levels, the excellent work mood of the staffs in the circulation department, and the understanding by readers in universities. |
