摘    要:应用现代手段和技术研制出西洋活性参、西洋红参及西洋烫参三个新产品,并在表观性状、物理特性、化学成分及药理作用上均各具特点,为广开西洋参医疗保健用途和开展系列精品加工提供了理论和技术依据。

Abstract:Three new products, those are, Active American ginseng, Red American ginseng and Acalded American ginseng were preparad with modern method and technique, they are characterized with specific features of apparent, physical, chemical characters and pharmacological actions separately.The products have provided a theoretical and technological bases for using of extending medical treatment and health protection of American ginseng and carrying out a series of refined product processing.
