微型双自由度全柔性五杆机构设计与分

摘    要:分别采用伪刚体模型和拟柔性模型对双自由度全柔性五杆机构进行了分析,建立了不完全分布柔度全柔性五杆机构的伪刚体模型和拟柔性模型,推导出外载荷与位移关系的一般公式.设计了一微型对称全柔性五杆机构,利用刚性五杆机构几何关系和迭代程序,给出了该机构拟柔性模型的理论计算结果,同时用ANSYS对该实例进行了分析.通过实例的理论计算和有限元分析结果的比较,验证了理论推导的正确性,同时也验证了拟柔性模型分析方法的有效性.
