| 摘 要： | 应用血凝抑制试验对水貂肠炎细小病毒灭活疫苗免疫水貂进行抗体水平动态监测,结果表明,疫苗接种14 d抗体达到保护,21~30 d抗体水平达到高峰;免疫180 d抗体仍在保护值以上。攻毒试验证实,免疫180 d后90%免疫水貂获得保护,确定水貂细小病毒性肠炎灭活疫苗免疫保护期可持续6个月。

| Abstract: | HI test was used to monitor antibody titer of minks inoculated inactivated vaccine against mink enteritis parvovirus,the results showed protective antibody was obtained after 14 days of inoculation and antibody titer reached height after 21-30 days and still above protective titer after 180 days.The result of challenging test showed 90% of inoculated mink could be protected against the disease after inoculation of 180 days.We concluded that the immune period of mink enteritis parvovirus inactivated vaccine for mink was 6 months. |
