秸秆还田机鞭式刀具的研究

摘    要:针对现有秸秆还田机刀具性能的不足,研制了鞭式刀具。在阐述鞭式刀具的结构与工作特点的基础上,对该刀具破茬瞬时的加速性能进行了计算分析。计算和田间试验结果表明,该刀具作用于根茬时刀头速度大。采用该刀具的还田机既可切碎秸秆,又能同时入土破茬,并实现了碎茬与土壤的均匀混拌。

Abstract:By analyzing the faults of the traditional types of reamers used for straw returning machine, a new scourge-type reamer was developed. The structure, as well as working characteristics, this scourge-type reamer was analyzed and its accelerating character in the soil was discussed. The results from the calculation and field experiments indicated that by using such type reamer, the machine could cut up straw and break the root of crop in the soil into pieces, and mix round them with soil at the same time.
